OBSERVATION - Many note that this will create a massive number of “second class” citizens who for many reasons have not / will not be injected by these experimental concoctions. Denied rights to access commerce and travel.”
My comment regarding “Expect court challenges by the nonsheeple.”:
Some could be based on equal protection clause in the Constitution.
Others could be based on anything in law that prohibits “second class citizens”.
Others, as noted in the post, could be based on the illegality of mandating something that is under an EUA.
