If you haven't seen the most recent PACER report regarding indictments sealed/unsealed in US DIstrict Courts, I'll put the link to the full report (has more details) below with some images from the bottom of the report. The image is wider than my computer screen so I chopped into two pieces. I notice piece 2 at the bottom specifies 'CR' cases; I don't know what that means.
