My oldest sister is 67 and has had lifelong problems with asthma, bad enough to put her in the hospital several times. She and her husband both caught Covid. When we found out we thought she was a goner but she was out of the hospital in 3 days and her husband recovered at home. She said that it was horrible but she is also a perfect example of a fact the government tends to ignore: most people, even the ones in poor health before they caught it, recover.

"most people, even the ones in poor health before they caught it, recover."

my 65 yro brother in good health is NOT doing very well, trach/vent etc....I don't know why some people become critical and others recover relatively quickly....

I suspect its because of early vs later treatment....my bro waited....was sick for several days as the covid hit his wife and nearby grandchildren as well...

hopefully, counting on time slowly healing his lungs..
