Yeah, it's often hard to predict Chattanooga because of the Cumberland plateau/ridge to the west, which serves to block storms from the northwest, but it can also direct storms from the south right through town.
Chatt is right on the edge of the moderate risk area, north and east goes to a lower risk status. Not saying that weather can't happen, but it's more like south and west of Chatt than it is north and east tomorrow night.

Rachel Levine becomes first openly transgender federal official confirmed by the Senate
The Senate voted 52-48 to confirm Dr. Rachel Levine as assistant health secretary for the Biden administration. Two Republican members, Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins crossed the aisle to support Levine. The vote was history-making, as Levine became the first openly transgender federal official to be confirmed in the Senate.
Now it’s everyone’s problem. Enjoy!
We live in a really deep valley with high hills on both sides that sort of protect us. One is in front of us prior to I-75 and the other is behind us between us and the TN River. Storms struggle to get over either one. If they come up the valley we are screwed. Our house is a 70-year old farm house that was built from red oak cut on the farm so it's sturdy. Here are two pics from my front yard and you can see what I mean. There is a creek that runs the middle of the valley and has plenty of room to flood without getting even close to the house since it sits on the side of the hill. The big brick in the second picture is my closest neighbor except for my daughter and SIL. They live on the farm.
