I'm not sure. But my sister has "workman's hands", and her arms, which have big ropy-looking veins, are bigger than mine. She's never been a bodybuilder, just does a lot of manual labor because she refuses to put herself at the mercy of unscrupulous contractors. Did a bang-up job on repairing my deck while I was away on a work assignment.

Well.. she’s a cowgirl! I thought her throat looked fine, unless she has a thyroid problem going on. She probably has very little body fat.
I have veins like that. In my lower arms and hands hahahahhaa. The last time I had my blood drawn, the guy said.. “Oh you have great veins.” And I said “It’s like vein porn, right?” He started laughing and couldn’t draw my blood. Someone else did.
