Trump doesn’t usually have neck tendons or whatever they are sticking out like that. The first photo looked odd to me for that reason as well.

Both pics look fake to me, not our beloved leader President DJT. As noted by others, the neck is tendon-y and the smile is not right, is imposter, IMO.
