The flatbeds were unloading on Pennsylvania Avenue; he said he wasn’t sure what was going on. He was thinking maybe they would open up Lafayette Square now that Harris has moved out of Blair House into the VP house at the Naval Observatory.
The livestream is still down, but I found on the DC traffic cameras what looks to be a flatbed sitting at 17th and E Street, which is where the Ellipse is and the National Christmas tree. Been sitting there for a few minutes-way more than needed for waiting for a red light. The Blair House is about 3 blocks up; Pennsylvania Avenue is closed off from 17th Street to 15th Street. So that guess is as good as any.
Wouldn’t be surprised if he runs back down there tonight (but it’s rainy there) or sometime tomorrow.
