It’s a real stretch to imply that Meckler is a Soros supporter just because he supports a convention that Soros might attempt to influence. The goals of the convention are not Soros goals. The revival of Parler should not be stalled based on what is in the article.
I offer my personal guarantee that even so called conservatives will be only minority participants should enough State Legislatures agree for Congress to call the Convention.
What ever amendment is passed by a COS still has to be approved by 2/3 of the states doesn’t it?
The point is that no one can control it. I would first want the current federal government dissolved and the states given the right to decide whether they want to join any newly formed government.
That way, the states can choose their own destiny.

I’d feel a lot better if the nation’s voting system was fixed prior to any Convention of States. Otherwise the Democrats and pseudo conservatives who were fraudulently elected will be calling the shots.

Right now liberals control all three branches of government. Conservatives can’t even control the Republican Party.
Conservatives don’t and won’t control anything. Conservatives have deferred all control to the Uniparty (R). As long as the Uniparty (R) swampers get their cut of the American spoils, it can only get worse. A constitutional convention would be sold off to the leftists by the Uniparty (R) wheels just like they bartered away our free elections.

Conservatives CAN control it. It takes 35 states to approve an amendment.
As long as there are Pelosi and Schumer types hanging around we need to be in "protecting the Constitution" mode and not "opening up the Constitution to any rat/weasel" mode.
Votes would be by state.
