1. Owning a firearm.
2. Displaying said firearm in an intimidating or threatening manner
3. Displaying a deadly weapon outside of place of residence within 200 feet of public property
4. Preemptive assertion of ownership of property before official inquiry could determine validity of said claim.
5. Denial of benefit of said property to person in demonstrably greater need.
