Parler is not back.
I read this article earlier on another site & was pretty amazed at the difference in numbers between Parler/Gab & Twitter/Facebook due to the “down throttling of Sharyl’s viewers/followers. You know it’s happening, but to see actual number for someone like Sharyl is eye-opening.
Thanks for posting - the story of Sharyl’s experience (and it’s the same for others, if not worse) needs to get OUT past/despite the ‘down throttling’ and censorship!

For example, propagandists in media have tried to link Parler to the Capitol attacks, even though both left wing and right wing activists involved communicated widely on Facebook and Twitter.

One day they will make it stick, I suspect.
If they can besmirch parler that much after it was probably mostly on other services, just wait for the day that there’s a school shooting or mass murder or riot that goes more exclusively through parler.
It doesn’t matter that James Hodgkinson trying to shoot up congress (at a ballfield though, so I guess it’s okay) didn’t get stuck on Bernie Sanders who he openly supported or on Facebook where he ranted his politics. Everyone knows it’s all targeted on the right. Half the people wont admit it.

I have the app on my iPhone. Should I be expecting that to start working or should I just delete the app and use a browser?

My wife uses the parler (/s) to watch TV and entertain company...
It's operating most of the time, with no monitoring or censorship...
As for gab... When she is on the phone with one of her friends or family it is gab, gab, gab, gab, gab.....

Why would it be up for some people but not others(including me).
All I get on Safari is a white page. No matter how many times I reload it, it's still white. If I use a Safari private page, the sign-in page shows up, I fill in my ID and password, fill in the Captcha, and then it goes to a white page.
On Firefox, with both regular and private browsing page, I get the log-in page, but after filling in my ID and password, and click on "continue," it takes a while for the Captcha to show up. After I fill that in, and click the button, it just sits there as if its loading, but nothing happens. It never connects. I also tried signing in using my VPN and got the same results on both Safari and Firefox.
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this same issue. Thanks.
