TWO teenagers are facing homicide charges after a woman was savagely raped and beaten to death by a gang of up to 11 boys.
Ee Lee, 36, was relaxing in a park when the teens dragged her under a tree, stripped and abused her in a sickening assault filmed on cell phones, prosecutors say.
Kamare Lewis, 17, and Kevin Spencer, 15, each face a charges of first-degree intentional homicide, as party to a crime, and first-degree sexual assault.
Ee was found half-naked and barely breathing by a pond at Washington Library Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on September 16 last year.
She died days later in hospital due to blunt force trauma to her head.
Investigators say footage from the area shows 11 youths leaving the park on foot and on bicycles, one being Lewis.
A boy who called 911 was actually an associate of Lewis and Spencer who had been seen walking with them, according to a criminal complaint.
Prosecutors say the witness later offered up a "detailed statement" alleging Lewis and Spencer beat the woman and forced her to perform sex acts.

The good news is, these evil doers in the Dem run big cities usually end up shooting each other.
Dem run big cities set new records in murders last year and with defunding the police, they will kill even more of each other.

When is some aggrieved parent spouse sibling or child going to enact retribution in cases like this. While I’d love to see them thrown into a lye bath that would never happen so at least take them out.

I believe that it was the dead lady that was the victim of the failures instead of the hoodlums. But opinions have the right to differ. I don’t know what more that can be done to satisfy the hoodlums. The Government makes sure that the hoodlums has free money as needed. A place to while away his time known as a school. Teachers to rape, beat , and rob as well as other victim to do what he does best upon as the notion strikes him. To go with the free money, he also has access to free housing and free medical services to treat his stds. Again, I would say that it was the poor lady they murdered rather that the hoodlum what would be justified in claiming failure. Getting back to the hoodlum, he may have to pay for his own dope out his Government check. I can see if that is the case that there ain’t no justice.
Gang raping is the almost exclusive domain of just one demographic unit. Just as neck slicing is for another demographic.

Wow, that is a tactic out of Andy Ngo book Unmasked. A member of Antifa most likely started that petition.
