Hope you're staying warm. Startin' to think the land of Texas is boycotting derps by trying to freeze 'em out.
It’s been snowing all morning! I keep expecting the sun to come out and the snow to melt and it just doesn’t. The schools were closed Friday because of it, so the Husband has been home three days straight and unable to do any yard work...he’s driving himself (and me) nuts!
I can only hope this runs off the rest of the oil boom derps; they hate our state, but are happy to take advantage of the energy economy.

So, maybe the freeze the derp plan will work! Need to focus this freeze on Austin, Houston, Dallas etc.
It's been spitting sleet here for hours. Hasn't been above freezing since Thursday so ground is coated. We got a little sun yesterday but at 28 deg there wasn't much warmth to it. Did make me smile to see the sun tho. Staying bundled and ready for spring!

Weather gurus here in OK say we won't see the sun OR get above freezing for a week. Small stream of water running continuously from all faucets in the house, but am still uneasy that the kitchen faucet & pipes (on the north wall) will freeze and burst. Not sure if my homeowner's insurance would cover it. Hope they do, just in case. Because no way can I afford such repairs.
Sorry for length. Lots of people praying about lots of things. This is what I've been praying about.
