I have not heard explained any outcomes based on a theoretical situation where it is proven that the election was illegitimately handed to Biden through massive, systemic election fraud. What is to be done about it?
I know what will likely be the case. But I want thoughtful, legal input as to the remedy available to Trump and Republicans if undeniable, rock-solid fraud is proven.
Nullification or quo warranto
The academic question is what if a court heard it, or somehow it otherwise becomes accepted fact the election was decided wrongly.
The constitutional remedies are resignation or impeachment and removal. There are options within that, basically that the DEMs could choose a successor, ala Ford selected by Nixon after Agnew resigned. There is no way the government would allow Trunmp to assume the office again, or any other honest person, for that matter.
I don't think our federal government is capable of doing the right thing no matter what, so I view the question as purely academic.

How about this - We set up our own “shadow government,” our own deep state. We’ll use and follow our Constitution as written - what a concept. Because right now, we have no legit government anyway.

There is some of that, to be sure. Universal suffrage is a death sentence for libertly-ordered government.
But crooks gravitate to centers of powers and money, and there is no biigger center of power and money on the planet than the US government. The three branches protect the racket.
Mafia with badges.
In my mind, the only solution that would a) provide relief to the aggrieved parties, b) restore confidence in our republic form of government and c) provide proper justice is to:
1) vacate all election 2020 results and hold a new election,
2) identify, try and convict all parties involved in stealing the election, hold public executions for those found guilty of treason,
3) seize all property, holdings and accounts of all corporate players involved in this coup and strip them and their families of their US citizenship,
4) strip all federal government office holders of all wealth accumulated during their time in office, debar them from ever holding public office or from any earnings they make as a result of their time in office, end all benefits (including secret service protection), place them on a quarterly tax audit for the rest of their lives,
5) place all those in media ownership, as well as those who publicly served as their spokespeople under arrest, try them for conspiracy to commit treason and, if found guilty, publicly execute them
6) Arrest all members of Antifa for insurrection, try and, if found guilty, publicly execute by firing squad (make their parents pay for the bullet)
7) Arrest all mayors and governors who refused to protect the rights, freedoms and property of their citizens during all uprisings in 2020. Try them for dereliction of duty and if found guilty seize all their properties and holding (to be distributed to those who lost property) and press them into service to remove all graffiti, repair all statuary and clean up and refurbish all neighborhoods affected
8) Arrest Mayors Bowser and DiBlasio for fomenting violence and desecration of public streets. Try them and when found guilty press them into service to remove all signage related to Black Lives Matter, if signage has been painted on the street, it must be removed using a toothbrush.
I may have missed something, anything short of the above will not have the effect we are looking for and will leave us open to further attempts to topple our republic.
Indictments. Immunity where warranted. Reduced sentences for the scum CI. move on for the bigger fish. Wait for assassinations. move to next step. If proven, remove Bidet scum, and replace with Trump and Pence. The rest of the minions TBD. Void all current Pres/VP orders. Arrest all scum. execute.

They won fraudulently and there is not one authority , not the Judiciary, not the Congress, not the President, who say anything askance about it. The elections henceforth will be the same but they will no longer be fraudulent because the fraud will be mandated by law.

Very carefully. I though I could get out when it all comes down but my destination is not letting anyone in. I suspect this country will make exiting the country more difficult or impossible in a couple of year or sooner. Vietnamese of my acquaintance are appalled about what is happening here. Many pray that America will not abandon the East Sea. I don’t think their prayers will be answered.
