Former White House stenographer Mike McCormick reports Joe Biden has lost 50 percent of his cognitive abilities.
McCormick, who worked for Biden for six years, details Biden’s decline in his new book Joe Biden, Unauthorized. After working with Biden up close, McCormick says Biden is not the same man and has suffered at least 50 percent decline.

That should put him about 15% of a normal person.
Since Biden is not actually running things, does it matter?
While I would like to believe this, I think some layman announcing a percentage is pretty lame.
Without cognitive testing, it is impossible to make that claim.
Is he demented? Absolutely.
Someone losing 50% of their cognitive ability would be in a wheelchair staring at the bird feeder out the back window.
And let’s be honest, he wasn’t exactly the sharpest tool in the shed even when he was at 100%....

They are shooting him up with something to keep him conscious. I hope the pipes upstairs can take it. He has had a few aneurysms.
Good luck Joe. Maybe it’s time to step down.
Since he never had the other 50%, leaving him now at 0%.

It was just his opinion, not a diagnosis. If he were a professional shrink, I think it would be illegal to say something like this without having met and analyzed SlowJoe.
That would put him at -25%? Or would it be even less than that?
He’s perfect for what’s needed.
And he’s still about 100 IQ points above his constituents. They won’t ever know the difference.
He had nothing to spare.
Building his defense, I see.
The media hiding this and not asking questions about it has put America in a dangerous situation. Even a non-doctor can see Biden is impaired.
