Everyone settled on .. "His mamma was a US citizen" so he was eligible!
Now, I ask you .. Kammel Toe Harris is born of two parents .. Not of US citizen parents ... why is no one talking about this? (Let me guess)
To be clear: If Putin who every democrat is terrified of, came here with his pregnant wife and gave birth to the child .. could Putin take his child back to Russia?

Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal both ran for POTUS and both were not Natural Born Citizens since their Parents were not United States Citizens at the moment of ther Birth.

Both parties abrogated the Constitution when they colluded to put the ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia if office in direct violation of the Constitution.

US citizen is not natural born citizen for the purposes of Presidential eligibility.
Because once tapioca Joe is removed and Kamel toe takes office Pelosi will bring this up so she can take over.
If you think about it, Congress is in the best position to do so. The rest of us don't have a sort of position that allows us to.
100% of the time that Congress does something unconstitutional, it claims the action was constitutional. No exception. Courts endorse 99.99% of what Congress does. The two branches are "in on the scam," which is to take power away from the states, and the people, respectively.

Kamala Harris, chineze born here on one of those birth vacations, same eligibility, and Congress will endorse anybody who wins one of the famous US-rigged elections.

Even his fake BC makes him ineligble. He was a citizen of the UK at birth.
My grandfather had four sons, all born in the U.S., but before he himself got his citizenship. His wife, my grandmother, was born in the U.S. I’ve had people on this board tell me that my dad and uncles weren’t ‘natural-born’ citizens and thus were ineligible to be President.
I respectfully disagree and frankly have never heard of any court ruling that made that claim.
Having said that, it is fascinating that Obama’s dad wasn’t a citizen, didn’t plan to become one and never did. Neither did his step-dad. Obama’s mom seemed to favor foreign types and Obama spent his boyhood listening to the call to prayer in Indonesia.
And now we have Harris whose parents weren’t citizens at the time of her birth and like Obama she was raised in a different country.

He was an Indonesian citizen when he came back at age 10, don’t know when or if he ever got his citizenship re-instated, he only got a passport when he became Senator, which is customary to provide special passports for Senators.

His passport records were cauterized by someone working for Brennan who was found shot dead in his car. He messed with Hillary’s and McCain’s to cover tracks.
He used a Social Security number that was not his from the time he started working until he was Usurper.
The SS Admin gave him a new one when the heat rose on that story.
The SS Admin NEVER issues new numbers for anyone else.
Ted Cruz is a fraud.
