"Coincident to that" was the extended Brussels, Egypt and Afghanistan trip that Pelosi almost took during the mid-January of 2019. Pelosi planned to take government airliner transportation for literally all of her extended family (96?). PDJT stopped Pelosi's scheme as Pelosi's family were en route to the airport in Air Force buses.
Pelosi could have agreed to reimburse the government for the transportation, or hired a private charter, but it is believed (!) that the bar tab alone would have forced Pelosi to pay a huge sum from her own funds that were already committed in some vague stock market puts. (OK, I may be exaggerating on that last.)
One understanding is that the 2/5/2019 helicopters' troops were collecting dirty bomb materials from an embassy adjacent to the office of the NXIVM cult lawyer. The military activity could not have been a drill; it would never been approved in such a populated area, absent a very real threat. If such a bomb had gone off, it could have easily transmitted radioactive fallout throughout the LA subway and tunnel system.
That same tunnel system is adjacent to the nearby Standard Hotel.
How convenient it would have been if all of Pelosi's family were out of the country for what could have been a horrendous, extended shutdown of much of California.
