Why should I trust a plan that is written in encrypted Nostradamus style? A good plan would be straight to the point so followers would not debate the message and the actions needed.
A failure in the messaging of a plan is a failure in leadership. If you follow bad leadership the mission will fail.

Remember a good conspiracy holds a grain of truth, but that does not make the conspiracy true.

As for the machines, to date, only Antrim, Michigan was examined and problematic.
We haven’t seen others examined as requested in many places.
