Sure. Happy to comment on a few:

“Many statements from Trump and others about how the FBI/DoJ is doing nothing about the fraud. (Barr said FBI was investigating).”

Barr’s statement PREVENTED investigating... by restricting US Attorneys/FBI to only look at fraud “within a state”... to ensure there’s no conspiracy found.

The DOJ has been enabling election fraud for a LONG TIME. Barr wrote the policy to make that happen... in his first tour at DOJ. They are the CORE of the problem. When you see Barr say anything, parse his words carefully... as he has selected them carefully. He did NOT say “there is no evidence of fraud”. He said “I have not seen any...”

There are two reasons for that... One is because those collecting the evidence now already KNOW that DOJ is the problem, so they’re not sharing ANYTHING with DOJ... who would then use it to interfere with other efforts to collect/preserve/present evidence... as the FBI did in the Post Office incident... or, you know their archival storage of the Hillary/Weiner/Biden tech collections in the restricted section. The second reason, is because if Barr (et al) isn’t shown the evidence, he avoids EVER having a need to act... so they don’t EVER show him any. Voila. No fraud... when fraud is everywhere and obvious... except to them.

They have covered up the murder of US Attorneys over this.

Don’t expect them to quit now.

“Courts are doing nothing, other than the rare narrow win like “yes you can get the Dominion machines” to good guys and then the orders aren’t even followed by the bad guys”

They’re on the side of the bad guys. They’re corrupt. That’s how it works. I’d love to see a public debate on “We’d be better off without lawyers” with Alan Dershowitz arguing pro.

“SCOTUS is AWOL”

Two out of nine showing up is actually way better odds than you would get in other parts of the government, like DOJ.

“The servers in Frankfurt and whatever happened to them...”

WAY more to that story than is public, I’m sure. Some might find it between the lines, here, in a thread I started to address it before it happened (?) but timing is still murky:

My effort there seems it won me my very own “faux cozy bear” dedicated hacker, which issue I addressed here:
https://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3903686/posts

The two, taken together, make for a pretty good demo of the utility of Freeper activism, IMO: solved a bit of the tech problem in hacking the election, traced it back to origins, and responsible parties... and, when hacked, exposed the “SolarWinds” hack... which is probably how “they” were keeping tabs on things other than just me...

It’s the Russians ? Haven’t I heard that one before ?

MUCH more yet to come, on that front...

“The “one of the most complex military operations in the history of our country” statement by Acting Sec Def. Miller
Q said “the mil is the only way” (more or less)
Q and team knew the election would be stolen as that was the only way to (a) educate the public and (b) catch them arrest them, and stop it from EVER happening again.”

I think the military has the skill and ability. No one else in the world wants to fuck with the U.S. Military “too much”... for some reason... so they got Democrats to volunteer to work for them... and try to do it ? Seems about right. It might have worked, too... in 1972. Morons.

“Result of my cogitations”: Seems not improbable, to me.

“Trump’s initial Voter Fraud Commission had VP heading it. It was finally disbanded after some months as so many states refused to let the commission see their voter rolls, records etc.”

Pence messing it up on purpose ? It was clear someone was.
Pence must be on their side ? Who can tell ?

“Then the entire project was put under the DHS as they have teeth.”

Oh, yeah, those CISA guys seem to be tech security MONSTERS.

“2020 election security is ‘number one goal’, NSA chief says... checking foreign interference in the November vote is a primary concern.”

So... they checked it and found it was working just fine ?
Nothing strikes fear into an adversary hacker like teaming up Army quality cyber with sociologists. /s

It’s 2020... and the Army is still struggling with: “this idea of having an organizational construct” ?

Hopefully, that’s all just a ruse... otherwise we’re doomed.

“all mil Spec Ops were changed to report directly to Act.Sec Def. Miller.”

A good thing.

“the 2018 election being monitored”

Seems we should find out soon...

“Wictor’s youtube about... Pence.”

Watch it while keeping your eye on Pence the whole time. Enjoying the appreciation ?

“If the House and Senate vote to override the NDAA, this nullifies Trump’s use of the Insurrection Act.”

LOL !!! Yeah. In exactly the same way that the War Powers Act has prevented Presidents acting, or the Impoundment Control Act prevents Trump from impounding ? Again, LOL !!!! Probably the main point of the recent impoundment ? No laundered graft money for you !

“The amendment approved Monday would require a president consult with Congress “in every possible instance” before invoking the Insurrection Act, as well as require the president and Defense secretary to make a certification to Congress that a state is unwilling or unable to suppress an insurrection in order to invoke the law. The certification would have to include “demonstrable” evidence that a state is unwilling or unable to act.”
https://escobar.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=396

So, right when Trump arrests them for knowingly enabling an insurrection, he’ll have to add “This is a consultation. You’ve been consulted”... meeting the new requirement in record time ?

The I.A. act is a canard... the attempt to deflect it constitutes mens rea... and a really funny proof of Trump making them dance on demand... but including that its also a proof that, while directing the FBI to investigate “right wing terrorists”, and leave Antifa alone... while telling everyone how dangerous the right is... they’re not really afraid of the right, or the “militia” AT ALL... or they’d not remove power to constrain a renegade militia ?

So, in effect, they just gave a new open ended license to ALL OTHERS who might do some of the same things Antifa is doing ? They can’t really bitch about “insurrection” when they just legalized it ?

So, IF Biden were ever to take over... those who don’t accept that outcome could burn the country to the ground with impunity ? No, of course not, because its all bullshit.

They trust YOU enough... to not do that to them, and trust that you will not hurt them, even when they threaten you... so they see ZERO risk in “acting” to protect Antifa from Trump, so opt for encouraging them, again ? “Acting” ?

President’s don’t lack authority to act... when required. Action taken... is never on a whim... and the proofs in the fact of the need, after the fact, almost always become self justifying.

After 8 years of Obama scale incompetence and abuse... much of it preserved into 4 years of Trump coddling them... what should you expect ?

They’ve been thinking they’re clever... by “rewriting the rules” or just ignoring them... in every instance ? Section 230... means the opposite of what it says ? Domestic spying on political opponents is OK ? Governors can change the election rules on a whim ? They expect YOU to be bound by the rules, while they are not... and they cheat ? And that gives them an insurmountable advantage... when the corrupt ref always calls the game their way ? And no one can figure that out, or how to defeat it ? LOL!

That might be true, too... if their opponents were all morons and shills (as Rino R’s are bred to be) and if every game were entirely constrained by their rules... and the team rosters.

A long suffering patience... is long... not endless.

Please elaborate.

BTW, these are some great posts. Your analysis of DoJ is especially compelling.

Thanks also to L.J. Y'all are doing a great job of presenting the upside case.
