NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The woman who falsely accused a Black teenager of stealing her cell phone inside a Manhattan hotel in a now-viral video has spoken out for the first time since the incident took place.
In a phone interview with CNN on Tuesday, the woman said she asked another person in the lobby of the Arlo Hotel in SoHo to “empty their pocket” before she began to confront jazz musician Keyon Harrod’s 14-year-old son about her missing phone.
“That’s when everything got a little bit more serious,” the woman said, according to the outlet. CNN withheld the woman’s name “because she said she has concerns for her safety unrelated to this incident.”
The woman went on to provide a “rambling” explanation of what happened that day, the outlet reported. She did say she was worried about the charges she may face in connection with the incident.

1) The woman DOES need to publically apologize to the kid and his dad. What she thought happened did not.
2) The kid (or whoever was on the video) has an attitude and needs to apologize as well. So does his dad.

I was under the impression that she laid her hand on the young man; if she did, she should be in jail.
The father was right that the lady had no business messing with them; he was very clear that his son had nothing to do with her at all.
She is basically trying to detain someone with no real cause; that is illegal. I don’t care about the hurt feelings involved (that is rude, but we all deal with that); she broke laws with public accusations and possibly physically detaining him.

Wow. Having watched the video, she was 100% in the wrong. She just saw a black kid with a phone getting off the elevator, and ... how did she think he’d gotten it? She got pretty violent and aggressive about it, too. Lucky the guy didn’t punch her.

What I am saying is the media paints these “Karens” as republicans when so far they all have been democrats.
I read an article last week where a “Karen” White jewish lesbian woman who works for the EPA, registered Democrat, accused a black neighbor of not getting a permit for a patio, the author focus was that it was a racist incident and the “Karen” was a republican, which wasn’t true once you did 5 minutes of research on google. The only reason the white, Jewish, lesbian woman who works for the EPA and is a registered Democrat became a Republican in the eyes of the author was because it fits the world view of the author and she needed her to be a republican, even though she wasn’t.

Also don’t succeed at anything so you don’t take spots away from elite white liberal children who are entitled to those college spots. So the white liberal politicians make sure black people stay down in the worse neighborhoods with the worse schools with drugs, criminal records and their welfare to keep them happy enough so they continue to vote for white liberal elites (even though not all white liberal elites are white, some might have darker skin to fool the blacks that they are on their side)

No, what a gross idea. What woulda Freeper do if someone demanded they hand over their property? Have a cup of coffee and think about what you wrote. She shamed her race and the victim need not apologize - it is not his job to smooth over some white lady’s embarrassment over having her disgusting entitlement exposed.
This is a case where it very well may actually be racial, though of course we don’t have enough info to ultimately conclude that.
But it is wrong either way.
If she was staying in that hotel and CNN is protecting her, she’s likely some sort of wealthy/connected left leaner.
I also saw the footage of the hotel’s security camera... she violently attacked that kid, football tackle style, got him on the floor. I mean... she really went for it.
They cover this, but not all the others where the races are reversed.
Do you not wonder, though, if she would’ve done the same thing if the kid had been of any other complexion? I’m a grown woman, non-white. And it is my belief that all of us (including white men) need to be wary of leftist white women because they are deranged. Other leftists are deranged, too, but these chicks are in a stratum all their own.
