That's false. For the RT-PCR test (considered the gold standard)...

Interesting wording. Is this the only test used? If not, what %?

The RT-PCR test is used when accuracy is most important. If speed is more important, other tests are available, but they’re less accurate. For state and local health departments and hospitals, RT-PCR tests are what are used for tracking actual cases of infection.
