I had never watched The Apprentice either and had not really followed Trump’s career that closely. In fact, I have to confess, when he announced that he was thinking of running in 2012, I was annoyed. I was thinking, What’s this guy doing thinking of running? He doesn’t know anything about public policy, etc. When he announced he was thinking of running in 2016, I had warmed up to the idea a little but was still not convinced. But after his speech at Trump Tower I really liked what I heard. It took me about a week to convince myself that he was the real deal, and I’ve been onboard ever since.

I recall walking around with his voice in my head - 'UGE! and TIPTOP TIPPY TOP. and BIG BEAUTIFUL WALLLL!!! Then there was the incident with the disgusting one we don't say his name. I heard the quote, I knew exactly what he said, he was responding to a remark by the OTMNBN who said (then) Mr. Trump's followers (US!) were all a bunch of "whacko birds". Now, I don't mind being called a "whacko bird" but *I* deeply appreciated Our Leader firing back and saying he preferred HIS heroes to be the ones that didn't get captured after which, of course, it was off to the races. I also recall an interview with Melania when she in her demure quiet way talked about the moment Donald John told her he was going to become the President. She said he said he was going to do it, and I believe him because he is the most determined man I have ever met.

I had heard various interviews over the years, and knew I basically agreed with what he had to say in those. However, they were never really in depth answers either.

And given the hype over will he or won’t he at various times, I didn’t really take him serious at first either. I couldn’t find any hint that he had attended the Bilderberger Meeting, so that gave me hope.

I knew for sure I wouldn’t be voting for Hillary, and I was not impressed with the rest of the GOP candidates either. So happy that POTUS has been such a wonderful president. I was proud to vote for 4 more years.
