Kelly Loeffler was appointed to a seat that expires in, I think, 2022.
If they have a declared winner in that race prior to 01/03/2021, that person would get to be in on the 01/06/2021 electoral stuff.
If no winner is declared for whatever reason by 01/03/2021, Loeffler is the person that would sit 01/06/2021 for the electoral count.
