I've been meaning to add my thoughts on the image of an eagle on ice for a while but never found an appropriate moment. This may be it.

I think using an eagle to represent Billy Jeff is unlikely for someone in the Trump camp. The bald eagle is a majestic, noble bird and our national emblem. I think it represents the "United States" as a whole, the nation, like this use of it on the Eisenhower dollar. "We" were on the moon:

So, "We" are on the ice but what ice? I thought Thule Air Base in the extreme north of Greenland. Here's some info on Thule:

"Thule Air Base is the US Armed Forces' northernmost installation. Thule's arctic environment includes icebergs in North Star Bay, two islands (Saunders Island and Wolstenholme Island), a polar ice sheet, and Wolstenholme Fjord – the only place on Earth where four active glaciers join together.

At first I thought the image to mean POTUS was at Thule high above the fray as I expected the the S to hit the F about that time. Now I interpret the image to mean "We" own the Top of the World and can see and hear everything. We have it all.

Just my thoughts subject to change.

I agree that the eagle does not represent Clinton. I think it represents the white hat military intelligence.

The picture might mean that they see what is below the surface of the ice that the deep state is trying to keep hidden. I think ice is probably both figurative and literal in this context.

Or maybe something about DS actors being imprisoned in a prison in Iceland that MonkeyWerx has hypothesized exists.

You may be right. I went for the most literal interpretation of the eagle image because it was Bill Clinton’s Secret Service name. Evergreen was the Secret Service name for Hillary.
