Well, the Texas case was “on the docket” also, as was the Pennsylvania case. In fact they ever asked for arguments & briefs in the Texas case, then just threw it out. So being on the docket doesn’t really mean anything.
My prediction would be never.
More likely lack of jurisdiction. Powell went right to the Supreme Court with this one and the court has appellate jurisdiction over these matters rather than original jurisdiction.
This means absolutely NOTHING.

Yep, meaningless really. It will probably be dismissed because of “lack of standing” or some other judicial excuse.
This case has got to be divisive and schismatic in the extreme for the Court. Any number of crises could develop, knowing as we do who the malevolent actors in all of this have been and continue to be, including a highly politicized and thus dangerous intelligence community.
Easy to fob off a rejection to the SC being cowards.
The Texas case served its purpose. It alerted the SCs and the entire country that knowledge of Electoral Fraud was widely known and recognized by Attornies general in the filing states.
Perhaps this case presents in ways that are more relevant to the question of Electoral Fraud. We will see.

One would think that Trump would qualify for original jurisdiction. Perhaps he would intervene.
The reply from the defraudor states was petulant and childish. It exposed them as whiney frauds. Lets see what happens here.

We don’t know yet. We highly suspect,but how they handle the corruption in the electionwill forever seal the deal. Lets wait till we see how they react. I’m giving them one last chance a nice to restore my faith in justice. He’ll, we’ve got nothing to lose waiting a little longer,and ev r thing to gain IF they come through for our side. Doubtful at this point,but we’ll see
I will believe it when I see it...and will thank God if it happens.
Powell went through local courts in GA, she didn’t go straight to SCOTUS
