Boy, an I MAD!
I was reading the Color guard site, and people are saying that they had to pay ALL costs for the test kit,
The cost of that is over $600.00!

So, is you test positive like I did, then you have the additional cost of a colonoscopy!

CB, did you know this?
Here’s a link for you:

I’m sorry you had such a bad time of it Spunky!
I had one done years ago and came through it all right.

Thanks for the good wishes!
(((((((((((Spunky)))))))))))
A BIG hug for you!

When we got ours in the mail we threw them out. They probably get a little spiff from the doctor also because they get you to take the test

2 years ago I was sent a kit and somehow I was inspired to call the insurance company to make sure it was covered. The cologard people assured me that it was. But my insurance said no. So I just threw it out, that’s what the people at the company said to do, they didn’t want it returned. Yeah and it was a ridiculous price! I couldn’t believe how pushy the cologard people were, like it was no big deal that I would have to pay $600! And then they tried to tell me that my insurance was wrong, so I called again talk to a manager who said yes it is not covered.

When my husband signed up for insurance for 2020 he got a little slip of paper from HR saying that it was now covered. So I sure hope it really is!

Maybe your insurance will cover it!

I’ve asked the doctor for a fecal occult blood test every year. Even without insurance it only cost $28.
Don’t go OTC,
