I'm going to give them a benefit of double. I am thinkinbg someonhe was aware of what Robert's would do and say. And someone would be very TIRE of his CRAP! So how was it someone was just near by to be ready for Robert's yelling. Went to the door and taped the explosive words! Making sure they no long will have to put up with this Jerk. This hasn't happened before....but we now have MORE TRUMP appointed Judges. I'm hoping my theory is correct. I think Trump put these people in to stop this Traitorous JERK.

People are making too much of that report- which is “iffy” anyway.

We know the dispute was about whether the court is required to address legal claims between states or not. I think they should.
But ALL agreed there could be no relief granted.
The state and federal legislatures are the only ones who can do that.

The alleged remarks about fear of riots is beyond disgusting though!
