Now that a Michigan court has seen the evidence they can’t say that any more without lying

I'll don't understand why John James conceded with Trump pushing fraud investigations in MI. He had to figure if they stole it from Trump, they stole it from James too. Would he have to pay for Senate recounts separate from Presidential recounts? Hopefully he didn't believe conceding without a fight would give him Brownie points for the next election run.

So if the election was a fraud that doesn't exclude James and all he gets during the determination of fraud is legal expenses and grief from the local media.

Put in James' position I think I'd be lying low as well.

But there were all those ballots that only voted for president and nothing down ticket. But yeah, with any fraud I would think he would just wait. Another typical GOP, let’s jump off the bridge before we even have to.
