If you're referring to Rudy not being able to argue before the Supreme Court --- he was never the one who would argue before the Supreme Court. There were rumors a former Bush administration attorney would argue before the Supremes. (Don't know if that was true then or now)

I'm fairly certain Rudy is not a member of the Supreme Court Bar.

Do I remember correctly that the lawyer who testified by video conference (can't remember his name-the one where Senator of Wonderland asked if he had been admitted to the GA bar and he said no) stated that he was admitted to the 11th Circuit Bar and the Supreme Court Bar???
