Blockchain. I’m no expert but it was said early on thatthe vote was secured buy using blockchain technology. And FLOTUS wore a designer dress when she voted that EA’s made with a chain design fabric. It was pointed out that this could be comms to keep heart.
I think the statement meant the election was “secure” in the sense that it was fully monitored by the good guys. Used as an example of how rotten elections are (and have been) and thus there have to be perp walks and clean electsions from now on.
