I was just reading the PA Supreme Court dismissal with prejudice of the petition to overthrow as unconstitutional the PA universal Vote-by-Mail law.

The Court hung their hat on the doctrine of “laches” which essentially says that if a civil lawsuit is not brought in a timely enough fashion, then the Petitioner is S.O.L.

The law was passed in October 2019.

What I would like to know from out legal brigade is how this can be challenged in SCOTUS.

#264 not a legalfag but I doubt a law passed that usurps the Constitution will hold water to the USSC regarding election law.
