I received a similar message in Texas, from the Tarrant County Public Health Department a few minutes ago. Just said the numbers are up and to be careful etc

I don’t know how it is on your phone, but on an iPhone you would go to settings, then scroll down to “Exposure Notifications”.
You can select it to be on or off.
It was in a previous “system upgrade” a couple of months ago.
The governor trying to deflect criminal investigation of election and voting fraud by the Democrat Party in Pennsylvania.
PA is going to lockdown next week, so will WI, MI, GA, AZ and NV. Conveniently it will delay any court challenge about voter fraud.

I don’t think mine in Texas was a push notification. I signed up for weather alerts. Here is what I received:

With a lovely button to press to confirm I received the notification. Didn’t press it. They can wonder
