I did hear that POTUS said “time is not on our side” but I take that as a tactical statement. An election as fraudulent as this one is beyond the normal standard election timing imho.
If a thief manages a huge heist, even if he is caught a long time later he will still be arrested.

A tactic of Cloward and Piven, overwhelm the system
If Biden is President for ONE DAY, he can pardon everyone concerned with electoral fraud and close down every federal investigation related to the fraud. It must not happen.
Fortunately, the Trump Administration has it all. Biden is fully leveraged. Trump, Giuliani, Powell, and Ellis are currently arguing before the Court of Public Opinion. Thirty percent of Democrats already believe that the election was fraudulent. When the Trump team decides they have won over the Democrats (and certainly before the impending deadlines) they will bring down the hammer on Joe.
