Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Wonder if the pardon creates a conflict of interest challenge against Sullivan as I believe he was named to preside over one of the President’s election challenges? Perhaps he will be forced to recuse himself as the President’s latest actions go directly against the Judge’s very biased actions against General Flynn. There might have been a valid argument for recusal before, but think this pardon might eliminate all doubt.

This may have been a factor in the pardon, especially if the DoJ can bring some malfeasance or conflict of interest claim against Sullivan.
