I agree. Roberts had some smarmy idea about state courts interpreting state laws. That baloney might pass muster for state elections, but not for Federal.
Constitution seems pretty darn clear to me. Sometimes dodging is a bad idea.
Now the Court will be dragged into a situation that is even worse that Bush v Gore.
Right. The state laws must follow the U.S. Constitution. And it is clear.
