I read the part of GA statute that forbids those from voting in the runoff if they did not vote in the general. This “news” site is of course lying, hoping to create (more) chaos and fraud in the runoff.

THE RATS CHANGED THAT - THEY CAN VOTE IN THE DEC 5 ELECTION
HOw did they change it? From everything I’ve read state legislatures alone can make or change election law. Did the legislature vote on it?
If not the legislature, the Supreme Court will have an issue, in that the Constitution states only the legislatures can pass laws pertaining to elections.
James Woods tweets:
A friend on the east coast said her colleague tested positive for COVID. After she recovered, but less than 14 days from her test result, she took her dog for a walk. A notification popped up on her phone, telling her to go back home, as she wasn’t “allowed to leave her house.”

Horrible.
::I read the part of GA statute that forbids those from voting in the runoff if they did not vote in the general::
We chased this down.
That may be true in any state election but these Senate runoffs are federal. Fed rules apply.
NAACP sued in 2017 and won and got a consent decree from the state re: requirements that were outside National Voter Registration Act
