Is the military allowed (by law) to investigate? If they are, I am curious as to why Sydney Powell keeps stating that neither the FBI or DOJ are investigating the allegations that her team has discovered. Since Trump (and all of us) don’t trust the FBI or DOJ, perhaps that is why he assigned the military to do it.
Barr almost certainly has a huge team on this (no leaks) but needs to be not involved with the Trump lawyers.
SIdney didn’t state directly (that I heard) that the FBI/DoJ aren’t investigating, she and Rudy asked “where are they?”. AG Barr said more than a week ago, longer than that, that FBI had investigators on it and are putting more resources. Sidney and Rudy want the public to focus on the info they are letting - this is for educating the public, exposing the evil, as well as bringing to SCOTUS. Public has to see this before arrests happen.
Powell and Giuliani are, imho, acting like the DoJ isn’t involved, for the enemy. So they enemy gets a bit complacent perhaps? The DoJ isn’t going to say a word until they announce arrests. That’s how they roll.
Military can investigate anything that has a malign foreign influence/connection, which of course this does. And remember that Q said several times “FISA works both ways”. FISA warrants have no doubt been issued on many of these bad actors for several years.
It is not really “news” that massive election fraud has been done in the past, Trump knew in 2012, when he tweeted that votes were switched from Romeny to 0bola.

It looks like it is a two tiered approach.
Rudy seems to be handling the corruption at the local and state level. I believe that those investigations would be run by DOJ and FBI. That’s the “bottom up” side. He’s weeding out the thousands of scumbags that were actively helping Biden “win”.
Sydney is handling the Federal level (the top-down approach). Since the election rigging involves foreign countries, I would have to think that the military is involved. Those scumbags are going to be handled as high value targets working against the USA in a war-like scenario (i.e. the Traitor American politicians, the Soros clan, and the like, you know ... the Rat Party, the RINOs, and the money). This *has* to be why Sydney cannot discuss anything just yet.
Once Rudy crawls his way up and Sydney digs her way down, they’re eventually going to meet. I think that’s when we will start seeing the results of this investigation. They’ll be able to link the leadership to the ground troops. I am pretty sure RICO works that way ... in order to charge the top of the food chain with crimes, you have to prove that the foot soldiers were taking orders from someone. Once you do that, you can hang charges around the necks of leadership. Some of those will be prosecuted in courts. Others face something far worse :-).
I think the military will be used for prosecuting those that have the tools and resources to avoid prosecution (i.e. the big, big fish backed by international criminal money). Let’s say Hillary is involved with this. We know she can weasel her way out of anything. A regular court setting won’t work for someone like her. She’d have the luxuries of using the good old “I don’t remember” excuse despite being the “smartest woman in the world”.
That kind of weapons grade BS is going to be impossible for her in a military tribunal.
I give it a week for the fun to begin :-). Actually, under a week ... I have a feeling we are going to hear something by Tuesday that the MSM will not be able to contain (they’ll ignore it of course).
Sydney said “two weeks” ... I think that’s a red herring ... I am pretty sure we are going to hear something big this week for family discussions during Thanksgiving :-). It will only be the start of it (rumors are the recorded call is AOC and Bernie describing ways of undermining the country). It’ll be big enough to piss people off, but won’t be *the* key detail of this entire scam.
Again, all of this is what I suspect. I have no facts to back up my suspicions ... I’m just basing it on what we all have been reading.
