- The national re-vote will decide all offices currently held at all levels in the country.
- It will be held over a weekend with the polls open 24 hours per day.
- Everyone will vote in person showing proof of identity, residence and citizenship.
- No absentee or provisional ballots will be allowed.
- All votes will be recorded on paper.
- The National Guard will be federalized in all states to handle responsibility for security of voting places, ballots and tabulation.
- The 2nd Amendment will be invoked so that former military personnel act as Unorganized Militia deputized to assist the National Guard by the County Sheriff.
- The Armed Forces will be sent into cities where vote fraud and anarchy present a threat to an honest election.
