There are no signatures on ballots in Georgia. There are signatures on absentee ballot requests, on the envelopes when the ballots are returned, and they are recorded on the iPads during voting on election day. There doesn’t seem to be a way to tie a ballot to a voter.
There should be absentee ballot requests for every single absentee ballot that was issued.
