I don’t expect Sean to change employers. 58 y/o is far from ancient, but career wise, it’s not young. That goes double if you are in the media and on TV. Sean is most likely just ‘punching the clock’ for the next 10 years, and ready for a hefty retirement package, give or take some hobby work on the radio or podcasts.
Rightly or wrongly, women are still judged more than men harshly as they get older. Laura is not likely to upset her applecart right now either. She doesn’t appear to be still ruled by ambition like a Megyn Kelly type or a Judge Jeanine type either.
They will both probably leave after the election is over . If they leave now they can not go right away to any other network etc until their non compete clauses are up (could be 6 months to a year of forced silence and they will not do that at this timing )

I don’t think they are going anywhere. I’m guessing Fox has something in their contract like a non-compete clause, blocking them from joining another organization for some period of time. JMO
