Of course, the legislatures would surely send a slate of electors in for President, but what would they do for the Senate and House?

Re-vote for those offices? After this BS any sitting Dem Senator would get slaughtered.

I explored some of these issues here.

In addition to the information in that post, the Supreme Court could invalidate those elections. One solution might be to pass it on to Congress to amend the 1840s-era federal election law for a one-time election to fill those seats.

Another solution would be to invalidate the election, let the governors appoint senators according to the rules in the 17th Amendment and set up special elections to fill the empty House seats.

I would think so. So that means in my example that only 47 states would have representatives in the Senate and the House.
