Thanks - I know there are plenty of things that say “homeopoathic” on them that aren’t. I didn’t know about the killer oils.
I make most of my stuff and don’t buy much and a lot of natural health things for sale are not necessarily good for anyone, or not everyone. I’ve studied herbs and related topics for decades and mostly make my own formulas.
Can you give a couple of examples of essential oils to stay away from? I had never heard they would ruin my liver.
