See the Alito order stating ballots received after closing of polls (8:00pm) required to tallied separately from remaining ballots received before polls closed, unless timely objection presented. It was not. Democrats in MI mix the 4:00 am dump with previous day’s remaining mail-in ballots (and sporting brand new post marks) anyway. So the last tally of untainted records was when the poll workers stopped counting and went home. President Trump was in a commanding lead at the time. Guess how the Supreme Court is going to rule.
