I found out today Backpage trafficking site that was seized was a Delaware corporation in good standing. I had never heard that.
And eight of the eleven men arrested were from Delaware.

Reading up, I saw that New Castle is a city in New Castle County, Delaware, United States, six miles (10 km) south of Wilmington, and situated on the Delaware River.
It says the town common is known as “The Green.”
