I saw that as a child of 8 or 9 on VHS back when it was a hot title. All the adults lost interest and started playing cards in the kitchen, but I was enthralled by it. Never seen it again since. I probably should revisit it.
You definitely should! The songs are marvelous, our whole family loves musicals and this one is a real fave. Another one hubby and I like a lot is “Chicago”. We literally watched that 3 days in a row one time, kept stumbling across it and just kept watching!
