Breyer is ancient; if Roberts is proven to have been blackmailed, then he’d have to leave voluntarily or be impeached, and Thomas wants to retire, I think he’s 80. So if Trump replaces them, we get 3 conservatives in place of one conservative, one very iffy, and one over the line most of the time. I can’t remember if Breyer makes an okay decision now and then, do you remember? Maybe the Wide Latina’s diabetes will force her to retire. I don’t wish anyone will but her decisions are very bad.
