Trump is showing his loyalty with ACB. He could very easily have picked Lagoa, a Cuban from FL. Right before the election, that would have been a no-brainer for anyone else. I thought he would.
But last time, ACB was in the mix & one of the finalists. Trump knew he would get another pick & saved it for ACB rather than a politically advantageous pick.
