I’m wondering if the CDC is providing ‘Rat govs cover so they can give up on the lockdowns and travel bans, then move on to the next coup attempt.
The Democrats know they need schools open fast. They will lose in November if schools aren’t open and private schools are fine. The educational inequality will last decades with huge differences in instruction and reinforcement.
My husband and I were at the Mayo Clinic two weeks ago for follow up care. During the appointment the doctor mentioned he had been working along side a colleague who had just tested positive for the virus. However, the clinic’s policy was that only those in contact with a person testing positive two days prior to the appearance of symptoms needed to be also tested. He had been with the other doctor four days ahead of him getting ill (which was only a slight sore throat and no fever). Given the Mayo Clinic’s reputation, we thought this was quite a difference from the two week isolation policy in our own state. Now it seems as though the CDC was already working on this policy change.
This is very good news indeed because it indicates that persons who are asymptomatic are not as contagious as previously thought.
