Their twitter post is a crude attempt to mislead everyone. Note that advocacy outside the scope of "racial justice and equity issues" is forbidden. But "All Lives Matter" is certainly within the scope of racial justice and equity issues. What they meant to say is only the left's advocacy is allowed. Goodyear's policy inherently creates a hostile environment for many of its employees.
