That test is what doctors have to give anyone who is on Medicare. It is part of their Wellness Check. I don't know at what age they are supposed to give it or if there is any specific age to start. All I know is they gave it to my husband, my friend has had it and a month ago my doctor gave it to me. They don't have you do everything on that test.
Biden has probably taken it but DOESN'T REMEMBER that he did.:-)
