I’ll take that cup this morning—waiting for the hurricane to arrive.
Just some low,steady wind now on the southern DE coast. Right now, it appears that the storm’s west side is not going to go over us, but will go west of us. Tornado warnings on the west side of the Chesapeake Bay right now (1.5 hours to the east of us).
No rain yet.
Winds here are expected up to 70 mph.
We are battened down.

Storm is moving quickly—hope to be out of the danger zone in a little bit.

People are not happy that players are not standing for our National Anthem!
President Trump used to say that he would take two more questions and then he would take 3, 4 or 5. He seemed to enjoy sparring with the gotcha-questioning presstitutes. Continuing to answer questions after he said that he would be finished just looked weak to me. Now he, like Kayleigh, has a more disciplined approach by making an opening statement, answering a FEW questions, making a closing statement and saying goodbye. I like the new way much better.
Kayleigh, with her brilliance and her notebook of facts and examples, is amazing. I am so grateful that she is working with PDJT.
At Huntington Beach, 40 churches have been coming together since they were closed down. Well, it was a wet, windy and wild 30 minutes or so.
high winds and heavy rains but no tornados by us.
The bulk of the storm is now north of us, leaving some residual rain and light winds. Might clear up by early afternoon.
Had two tornado warnings in a row, lasting about 45 minutes in total.
Sigh of relief!
Thankful the worst has passed.
Just getting the occasional,intermittent gusty winds now.
Not quite over, but the bulk of the storm has passed over us and is heading to NJ/PA. The worst damage will be inland, not along the coast.
Went outside—the house was OK.
But that was 30 minutes ago!
